1. What the Site is
The Site and the weekly letter are commentary and education from Jorge Olson. They are not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, fund interest or other investment. Any fund or company mentioned is described to explain how I think. Any investment is made only under its own offering documents, to investors who qualify under the applicable law, and never through this Site.
2. No reliance
Figures on the Site are sourced and dated where they appear, and I keep a ledger of every claim about my own record. They can still be wrong or out of date. Do your own work before acting on anything here. Past performance, mine or anyone’s, is not indicative of future results.
3. Copyright
Text, graphics and images on the Site are copyright Jorge Olson unless credited otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Republishing whole articles needs my written permission; reply to any issue of the letter to ask.
4. Third-party links and embeds
Links to other sites, including Amazon and YouTube, are provided for convenience. I do not control them and I do not endorse what they contain. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave the Site or play an embedded video.
5. The letter
Subscribing gives me permission to email you the letter until you unsubscribe. How your email address is handled is in the privacy policy.
6. Changes and law
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. They are governed by the laws of the State of California.
